So it's time to relube the urethane bushings in my car. Got the arms off the car -- do I have to press the bushings out, clean, relube, and reinstall everything, or can I just do the metal sleeves?

Yeah, I've seen that and am thinking about putting them in, but I've still got to take it apart to do the upper rear ones (FCM Bilsteins, so full droop travel).

Seems like the zerk fittings with holes drilled all the way to the center (I have SuperPro bushings, they're all single-piece) would only lubricate the metal sleeve. So that still leaves the question of whether or not I need to put lube between the bushing and the A-arm?

Also, where can you find the silicone bushing lube in a grease-gun tube?

Do not lube between the bushing and arm. Just lube between the metal insert and bushing.

+1 on the zerks, only way to go. If you are concerned with clearance from suspension travel there are low profile zerks available, risk of getting broken off from rotation of the components is greatly reduced. One example here:
