Default Torsen Axle Install, Help!

Okay well I got the PPF and differential bolted up, now to the axles I am missing a part of it that I don't know what its called maybe the other half of the CV joint its circled in picture! Where can I get this part ?? Also I need some locknuts that fit this axle cant reuse mine! And how do you put in the 1 piece axles do I have to unbolt the suspension??? Oh yea and my axles dont bolt to the diff they push in, this is just the best picture I could find to illustrate what part Im missing

Probably best to get new axles. The nuts should be available in any auto parts store. Unbolting the top bolt above the hub is sufficient to install a one piece axle. A two piece axle can be done without unbolting that bolt.

All the ones that I have done have the same spline; but some of the later years have different threads and nuts. Someone else should chime in here if there is a spline variation somewhere.

according to everyone but me, yes, they are all the same from a 1.8. However, I have a set of axles in my garage that will not fit into the 1.6 hubs. Apparently they only exist in a parallel universe which I access through my garage door / wormhole. The spline teeth are too tall.

However, its a 99.9999999999999999999% chance that any you pick-up will fit.

What I wanna do Is buy a 1.6 axle and take circled piece off and put on my 1.8 axle? will this work? I dont have any 1.6 axles to compare with but I think that piece might be the same on all years, Im trying to not drop $100+ dollars on a new (used) axle when I have one I think can be salvaged for much less
