Like in the 1997 diagram, page 9 where the Junction Connector is on the right side of WP.
He uses WP in several other places as a reference point, but doesn't have it listed in the abbreviations.

Are you sure it's not I/P... Which I believe is Instrument Panel.

It could very well be; and would make sense. I will look for something I know is under the instrument panel and check this.
No matter how much I enlarge the drawing, it still looks like WP to me, but I am old(that is my excuse and I am sticking to it)
