NC1 has a surprise face. NC2 has a happy face. This one is very angry.

The discontinuing of pop-up lights has little to do with aerodynamics. As a matter of fact its the opposite, pop-up lights are more aerodynamic (as long as they are down/closed).

It has everything to do with pedestrian crash safety.

First thing I thought when I saw it was "hmmm Honda S600 meets 2011". Not fond of the front upper body line, but I'd want to see it in person before passing judgement.

I don't like the headlights, and I want the grille to be more aggressive.

I kinda liked the rendition of the nd as a newer looking na. I thought that was cool.

I just hope they stop making the front of every car in production with enough intake/radiator opening to satisfy a small jet trainer. God that is getting lame. It's a 200 or less HP car, at just over a ton. Does it really need the front opening SQFT of a Peterbuilt?

At least the car is not getting heavy like every other thing. What does an Evo weigh in at now? Hell a Genesis is like 3200LBs IIRC.

considering a MS3 weights in at 3200 lbs, I would say thats a pretty solid number for the gensis. The EVO is quite porky compared to the EVO8s (don't remember, but the first ones out in the US) which weighted in at 3200 lbs themselves.

I don't mind the large front grill area, allows for easy future ducting.

Miatas weigh about 600lbs too much anyway. Small, light car should be small and light.

The mention of SKYACTIV and the Miata is enough to make me horny.

I hope they increase the interior dimensions and soften the suspension for a more sumptuous ride; weight reduction is for race cars not street cars.

Compare MSRP to inflation and I think you'll fine that in similar currency values, they cost about the same at the dealer.
