i did have that issue, but i just bent the tab with a pair of pliers and the issue went away.

275 A7s mounted on 15x11s. Thanks to Emilio for producing these, as they are very sweet indeed. I'll be race testing them this weekend at Motorsports Ranch Cresson for the NASA event. It's a smaller, tighter track so grip will be particularly important.
Notice the yellow marks at the valve stems in the third picture. I am going to see if the tires stay stationary on the wheels with the new bead teeth/notches. I saw lots of rotation with the standard 15x10s without the 'teeth', so much so I never bothered balancing the tires.

Anything done with regular tire install lube would rotate completely around the rim during the process of a day at the track making balancing pointless.

I've had good luck with keeping the tires from rotating if I have the tire and the rim cleaned well and have the tire guy use WD40 for lube to install them. The WD40 is slippery before it dries but in a minute or two under pressure it Vulcanizes the rubber and practically bonds it to any metal or paint surface.

hairspray sucks compared to WD40 for this purpose. hairspray is just sticky more like a glue and becomes contaminated easily and degrades with moister heat and time. WD40 makes the molecular structure of the rubber interact with the surface it contacts.
I learned this behavior well as a kid putting A'ME hand grips on BMX bikes that were used for launching off jumps set up on the end of boat docks into the river. One jump and hairspray was worthless as was Gorilla Glue or anything else. WD40 would not let go without an air compressor or a screw driver and more wd40 sprayed underneath.

WD40. I'll try that next time I mount a set. For the set shown in the picture above, yep, we used the usual tire bead lube stuff during mounting.
As an interesting anecdote, we had some trouble mounting these, because with a 12" tall wheel, and then the 275 tire on top of that, my buddy's tire machine ran out of arm clearance (swingarm style) and made mounting a little tricky. A real tire store would have a larger pro grade machine at their disposal and clearance would not be a problem.

Maybe wd40 works better? I dont know..

Slightly pulled and flat rolled fender.
It wasn't my intention to pull the fenders but while I was flat rolling the fenders, it just happen to pull a bit.
I'm also on 2.5" spring coilovers and no problem on clearing the suspension.
15x10s 6UL + 245 Maxxis
Once again thanks for the great setup, LOVE the new wheels
