Default coolant inlet houseing ....please help

this is the houseing that the heater core line runs into and also the temp gauge sensor, it is located on the fire wall side of the head and kinda looks like a thermostat housing....PLEASE HELP i cant drive without it....

Mazda take 2weeks to get it.

yeah ive made a few calls and people dont want to remove it from a good head,.

im hopeing someone here has a bad head to take it off of
