I'm going to be swapping in a BP6D into my 90 NA and need a cheap (ex: broken) CAS to help make a no cut sub harness for timing signals. Only condition is that the plug needs to be 110% intact as that's the only part of it I'll actually be using. Please PM me what you've got.

Sorry to go OT, but have you considered repinning the harness side to the square Sumitomo DL 4-pin variant for which both plug and receptacle are available? Still no cut, and it avoids the potentially unreliable solder joint to the hacked off CAS plug.

He does not want to cut or change any of the stock wiring on the car he just bought. So I am doubting he wants to repin the connector.

Fair enough. Easily reversible repinning felt a lot less worrysome than irreversible cutting when I made my adapters, but it's not the same as making no changes.

I'm not opposed necessarily to depinning. Those connectors are pin compatible with the CAS pins? As in I could depin then insert into new connector without replacing and crimping new pins? If so, then I think that's a solid option. I can just bag and catalog the CAS connector in a original parts bin.

Looks like my answer is yes. Probably will go this route. Thanks for steering me in this direction. I will throw you credit in my build thread once I begin the swap.
