You must be making a lot of power.

Okay, seems like you want aftermarket fuel rail. I have OEM. Did you know that some folks use OEM rail up to 400WHP ? I think it's Andrew from Trackspeed that stated this fact.

Flyin Miata and Fast Forward Superchargers are the only two vendors I've been able to find that produce them. My wants are more derived from an aesthetics point of view, than performance. As has been said, the factory rail seems to be sufficient for quite a bit of power.

Had a Vishnu rail few years back when turbo... nothing special except the color vs OEM after few tests so I sold the Vishnu here.

I still have the standard fuel rail, but as I'm doing a full rebuild I thought I'd put the feelers out.
I have a NA head on my car from a 1999 323(familia) GTI currently, and I fitted a bigger fuel rail on it years ago, purely down to a couple of people saying they can run lean sometimes on 4 due to loss of pressure? I although I probably cured that with a Bosch 044 fuel pump and swirl pot in the engine bay.
Now I'm rebuilding the engine and I've a bp4w head which that rail won't fit.
I have heard that the standard one is ok to good power,I'm still running a vj23 so doubt if it will go anywhere near 400bhp until I change that eventually.

Are the M-Tuned rails no longer available?

I don't think they are. The last couple times I've checked ktuned they haven't been listed on the site. Trackspeed and 949 don't list them either and I'm pretty sure they were both dealers a while back.

It really sucks because that was a great product at a very reasonable cost. It was awesome that it worked with NA8 and NB heads, made the upgrade much simpler.

I just emailed K(M)-Tuned to see if they can bring them back, or at least do a small run.

I myself have been looking for one to emulate Soviet's fuel setup.

I have 80% of the parts to emulate Soviets fuel setup that I will not be using. I've got one person interested but if that does not work out, we should tank

Thanks for making contact to MTuned. I was planning on making one or ordering FM's without lines. I'm down for one if they need to meet a minimum batch size.

EDIT:

Response from M-tuned:

"Nick,

Our fuel rail designs have been sold to Flyin Miata.
Please inquire with them regarding availability.

Mike Hackett
Tech Manager / Sales"

Flyin' Miata : Engine/Drivetrain : Fuel and Ignition : Flyin` Miata dual feed fuel rail with stainless steel feed lines

Aside from having "Flyin Miata" scratched into them and the price doubling I'd say they look pretty much identical to the Mtuned rails.

*Edit* Looks like those prices include SS lines included so the price isn't so bad.

Humm... do they sell them sans plumbing? I've never been a fan of SS around all those other components. Of course I'm keeping my M-Tuned so it does not really matter for me.

Less expensive, same material, no engraving... Same bling factor I guess.

Well isn't that interesting.. I never thought to look over at Moss. It says good for 94-05, but it might be worth double checking as the NB head mounting is different than NA. Still need to call FM and ask what the rail only price is.
