Default Rear LEft axle

I have a 1999 nb miata with torsen, my boot is gone and want to replace axle. I need the rear left side shipped to 33411

You can buy a bright shiny new-ish remanufactured axle from Autozone for $65. I doubt you could get a used one shipped to you any cheaper.

Have you actually purchased one from them? Their website lists them as available, but when you go to checkout it gives an error that says "Sorry, the requested quantity for this special order item is not available. Please adjust the quantity.".

I've just been through this. It seems that these days you send in your axle for rebuild. I suspect it's because the axles are so durable that the remanufacturers can't make a business case to keep them in stock.

Also, the axles are interchangeable. No left vs. right.

You can also buy boot kits. That's what I did with my Torsen-swap axles. Worked out great. Note that the outer CV joint can't be disassmbled, so having a good solvent-based parts cleaner and compressed air is key to cleaning it out before putting in new grease.
