Default WTB your street WILWOOD pads (BP10s?)

My Hawks are great on the track but killing me on the street. I know BP-10s are only $40, but does anyone have an old set laying around they'd like to get rid of? Please? Willing to pay shipping and not much else, maybe $10 for your time.

Thanks.

I think I have a spare set lying around. Lemme check...

Is this what you're looking for?

Thanks!

I have no idea if that's what I need, I'll have to look it up to see if its a squeekless pad. That's really all I want. I'll look into it and get back to you. thanks again! How thick are they?

Total about 12mm. 8mm of actual pad material. Completely unused. I verified it with the cheapest set of calipers I could find.

Let's see, head work costs...

J/K, $10 plus shipping is fine.

Not sure you'll be happy with these pads for the street.

MINX's partner (from mazda-speed.com) Lisa didn't feel safe driving with these pads so he upgraded to Carbotech 1521s for the street. Lisa does a bit of track driving too and based on that, I did the same and never bothered fitting mine when I installed my Willwood kit. I gave the pads away.

Funny that, I'm using 1521's as well.

Are they "unsafe"? Like they don't work when cold?

not that you care... but you can get HPS pads for the wilwoods and while pricey, they are pretty much ideal street pads for that setup. also thw "Q" pads are ok if you find some.

I'll look into these ones, see what's up. I just need quiet pads. I'd get autozone $10 pads if they had Wilwoods.

I've looked up a few reviews of the Q compound. The biggest issue being that they're not a high bite pad, which I'm ok with. I want a really luxuriously quiet pad for the street. It's hard to make the car run smoother on the MS when my ears are constantly bleeding from the HP+ pads.

Besides, you can't beat the wicked $15 shipped deal czubaka is offering me.

Hopefully you won't see a "holy **** these pads suck" post from me in the next few weeks.
