Mine leaked like a **** when i first bought it, heres modifications i did to it to fix it from leaking

First it was bone dry (big cause for concern see the purple shaft? It's aluminum, i'd expect a bov thats not oiled would last a month max before it stops working right.

I'd say the paint is the main cause of leakage, the paint is garbage on the knock offs. Anyhow i made it flat so it has a flat surface to seal

Same with the front

Put that side together.

A big cause of leaks was in the front was the bolt holes. I used rtv on them and no more leaks.

not sure if this is the one you are looking for but here are pics.
It has a WRX flange on it, but you can easily cut that off and weld to your piping or make your own flange.

Did you cut the center piece off or is that a different sound piece?

I would suggest to find a V1 of the SSQV. There adjustable manually and do not open at idle. It is the only way I can go on bandaids, but I would assume sucking in any unfiltered air would not be good. You can find the V1S on ebay for 60 bucks time to time.

And there are NO fake V1s so thats a plus also

Forge dual piston works with bandaids as well. Of course when u let go of the gas all hell breaks loose.

I'll look at it closely tomorrow and let you know if it looks like it was cut. I really don't know, never looked at it twice as it looked normal to me.
