Default Question about LC and TT

Quick question: has anyone got the "LAUNCH CONTROL" and "TURBO TIMER" features to work on the Adap yet?

I have fiddled with the launch control feature and CAN NOT get it to work correctly no matter what I set it to. By that I mean I get it to rev up to the pre-set rpm, build boost and everything is fine. EXCEPT: when I reach the same rpm while car is moving it acts as a rev limiter even though I have it set up to "disable" after the car is past 2kph.
Can someone post their "settings" if you have it set up properly?

Haven't tried the "turbo timer" feature at all yet, but I'm curious: is there any ignition rewiring or anything required to get it to work or is it just a matter of setting it up in the Adap?
Also if anyone has this working any input would be greatly appreciated. It's hot here, and sometimes I just don't have the time to sit in my car for 20-30 seconds waiting for it to cool down after a spirited drive.

Thanx in advance

You have to make sure your speed sensors are calibrated so it know when 2kmh happens.

The turbo timer will require a relay in the ignition system. Check turbo timer wiring diagrams, and you'll see where to put it.

Sweet. And I do have my speed sensor calibrated per the manual instructions: I got it up to 50kph and hit "learn" just like the manual said. Maybe its something else I'm doing wrong?

Are you using WOT when you launch, or part throttle? My car will rev limit at flat shift RPM if the neutral timeout has not been in effect for long enough.

It could be. Was the car warmed up? There is also a cold rev-limit. There are alot of rev limits in this adaptronic that you can set. Make sure you aren't accidentally tripping one.

Ok sorry for bringing back a dead topic but I'm trying to do a bit of searching on the TurboTimer relay you were talking about and its not getting me ANYWHERE.

Where would you recommend buying this relay and where does it mount? I've looked through a few manuals for aftermarket turbo timers but they usually just require about 2-3 wires spliced in the ignition and what not.
