Starts missing when I press the clutch

My tune is good all the way up and down the revs, but the car will not rev above 4000-4500 with the clutch pressed in. It is like it hits a rev limiter and the a/f gauge goes to around 10:1. It makes smooth downshifts impossible and it will miss on upshifts sometimes too. At steady state cruising in the same load cells (by looking at vac/boost gauge and rpm), the a/f is right at 14, but as soon as you press the clutch in it starts missing and running rich.

I am going to update WARI/firmware, get some logs, and try messing with some stuff hopefully today or tomorrow, but I want some ideas about what it could be.

Things I know change when you hit the clutch:
-Launch limiter (currently set at 3500)
-Flat shift (currently set at 6000)
-???

Well I upgraded to V8.0 firmware and WARI and it "fixed" itself.

Once thing I did notice is that as soon I as I press the clutch in, the trim jumps from -2% to -10%. According to the calculation trace, it is coming from "other enrichments (short crank, long crank, transient throttle)". I zeroed both crank settings and the throttle was held constant and it still had the same effect (forgot to log this). Now it still does this with V8.0, but now it will rev all the way to redline.

So basically I updated it, didn't change anything, and it fixed itself. Logs and tuned file attached. The v5.0 log is drive at 4000rpm and press the clutch in, let it back out, press it back in, let it back out. You can see it go rich when I hit the clutch. The v8.0 log starts as the same thing, then I realize it is working better and started randomly revving it.

Oh yeah, sorry the units change between the logs. I got excited about the fact that I can use American units

On the V5, it kinda of looks like you pressed the clutch in while keeping the gas on? It looks like it tried to correct.

Yeah, I tried to keep the gas pedal constant and hit the clutch. It would instantly start missing. It would do the same thing if I tried to heel-toe downshift or anything. Maybe there was an error when I loaded V5 or a bug with it. On V8 I can rev all the way to redline no problem and it runs great in gear still.
