Hello im on miata 1.6 L turbo and since a install my ms2pnp i change ma aem gauge on p04 mode , go on ts , and go to calibrate afr table . in the table selection the is no specific gauge for the aem 30-4110

so i try to calibrate the gauge with costum value i set 0v for 10 afr and 4.25v for 18.5afr and the gauge never reading the same value

PS : before changing my p00 mode for p04 mode i was plug with the blue wire on the oem o2 sensor wire and it was reading the same value on ts and the gauge

since i change my mode on the gauge for p04 i change the blue wire with the wite wire (0-5V signal) maybe in not good as weel or calibrate not the good value but i hope some one can help me to solve my problem sorry for my bad english



12 V red : come from acessories switch wire

ground : come from direct on bolt of the dash straight on metal

withe (0-5v) : connect on the oem o2 sensor signal wire

may be in not connect good as well can some one tell me

I am running the same wideband sensor as you and am on MS3PNP but the wiring shouldn't be different. The white output wire is the correct wire to use if trying to send a signal to the ECU. I had to do a custom calibration for mine. Set it to P00 and look up the voltage values from the gauge instructions. I'm pretty sure that P04 is the setting for 0-1v which the stock sensor would use in narrow band mode. I used P04 to output a signal to the stock ecu in my old Mitsubishi Starion which also used a single wire O2. The gauge itself may not read the same values. Sometimes mine is .2 off but not very often, but I haven't put the laptop and gauge side by side for comparison.

Try changing the ground location from the dash metal to a body ground or run a wire to the ECU ground. Make sure to solder your connections as resistance in a circuit can skew the sensor readings. I always put a dab of solder on eyelets or pins where the wire contacts to ensure there wont be a break or corrosion.

AEM voltage should be .5 and 4.5 using 0 as the low voltage is probably throwing off your slope.
