Default EMS-4 Help

So my car has been sitting much of the winter and the battery has been getting pretty weak. About a month ago I put the car up on jack stands to replace the rear, and it was running fine at the time. I finished the rear swap today lowered the car back down and went to start the car. Battery was totally dead. I put a trickle charger on the battery for about an hour and went to start it up, which it did but it goes straight to redline. I did not disconnect the battery when charging or trying to start it. Did I screw something up, or did a sensor maybe go bad (TPS) ? The throttle cable is not sticking. Not sure where to start? Anyone have any ideas of things I can trouble shoot.

The car is a 2000 and it is supercharged if that matters.

Mystery solved. Found that hump hose had completely separated from the intercooler prior to the dummy TB connecting tube.
