I just got an email from UPS, and am very impressed.
I called them up last Tuesday and spoke to Stephanie and ordered the BEGI divorced gas downpipe (for Greddy). I asked for a rough ETA and she said that they were going to be welding one up at the end of the week/beginning of the next week and would do mine at the same time, so to expect it middle of the week after that to arrive (for the record that would be around the 9th to the 11th.) I told her that I had my buddies shop available to me this coming weekend only and would really like to get it installed then so she told me she would see what she could do. Realistically, considering that at the time of ordering this downpipe didn't exist - as in, they make each one from scratch upon order, I wasn't sure how much she could do to get them to make it any earlier.

Just got a UPS tracking number in the mail and it has been shipped via 3-day yesterday and will arrive on the 6th (Friday) - right in time for me to install it this weekend.

Very impressed and thankful for the consideration!

It took about two month to get my stuff...I kept calling to ask and finally it was shipped! I hurried and got my car preped....when the box came..it was missing half the stuff...LOL! i was an idiot! ... had to put my stuff back on and waited another two three weeks for the rest of the stuff...the quility is AWSOME..it may need to be adjusted or modify in some areas....people are not perfect... after the installation - I kept hearing exhaust leak and finally detect it couple of weeks ago...email and called...finally got my new flat Mani in.

about them calling you back...don't count on it...you will have to call them back.

His point is you have a mazdaspeed.
And now admittedly a mustang owner too...

ChuckZ: Right from the boss; we are always late..... that's something you can count on.

Tell me why a "suggested" ship date from us becomes a "promised" ship date to you?

Of all the things involved in turbocharging a vehicle, if your hot button is shipping on time, then you need to consider buying from ebay as they will ship on time.

I am 100% confident my designs are superior to any others available for the Miata today. I truly believe our craftsmanship is equally superior to any others. The comprehensive nature of our system far exceeds the nearest rival. The variety we offer is greater than all others put together. Our ability to custom configure to your wishes is unmatched by anybody.

Compensation? You absolutely must be kidding. Try Ford, GM, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Toyota.......

Could I ask your age? Please, Sir.

You can bet we will be late, and it is nobody's fault but the boss's. That's me.

I've talked about this a thousand times on here, but I've purchased "the best turbo kits available" from APR and EIP tuning and both were a pain. I bolted your kit together and I haven't touched it since. Not one bolt, hose, tube, fitting...nothing.

So yeah, all you guys can bitch about the wait. I'm pretty sure BEGi is "over" this thread considering they have a dozen cars in the shop, outside the shop, and I have no clue how many they have in line.

also notable:
even after all the bs garbage I've posted here, they're still respectful to me, lol.

Corky first off I never once said anything about compensation so please reread posts and make sure you see what I wrote not what others. Especially post #59

Second I said I would be purchasing from your company. I talked to you on the phone and you were very courteous and took your time. I was really impressed with your customer service. However after reading about 5 months of delays from a member on this site I got worried. So I wanted to see if this was typical or atypical.

I am 27yrs old and if I am going to spend $3500 dollars with a company I'm going to make sure my products don't get delayed 5 months. If you have a problem with me asking peoples opinions then maybe I won't do buisness with you.

I bought a BEGi S kit for my daily, yeah some parts were missing, yeah it took a lil longer than I hoped. But guess what I did when it came time to turbo my girlfriend's Miata a few months later. Yup, ordered another kit from BEGi. Same thing, some parts missing and kit took longer than we hoped but BEGi always made good on it and their kits are a great value.

That being said, I love my AbsurdFlow setup more though.

same with me. my parts got shipped in 2 seperate packages because i asked them to ship what they had and i'd wait on they rest of the stuff.they did. they could have asked me to pay extra shipping but they didn't.

Also i had a problem with my turbo about 3 days later with bolts rattling loose out of the turbo. i called them up and they shipped me new bolts for free. next day. If i ever sel this miata and get another one i will most definitely be getting it from Begi. (unless i'm gonna a baller and get absurdflow lol)

I ordered a S4 kit from them a little more then two months ago and I was told just like everyone else it would take 3 to 4 weeks to build it, I didn't buy there intercooler or piping so I figured that would make it go a little faster too. I started reciving parts from them about a week ago after I called them, but over all there parts are really good quality and I would buy from them again just for that reason. I'm still waiting on my Xede and injectors but hopefully ill get them soon. The thing they did that I was not happy with was I wanted a 2560, but they were out of stock and were not sure when they would have it so I got the 2860, but that was not a big deal to me. I just felt I should of been told right away that they were out of stock not two months after I placed my order.

We are in the middle of switching turbo suppliers, and they do not stock the GT2560. I wish we would have been able to get you the turbo you needed, in the time you needed it. I am sorry our switch caught you in the middle. Had I known when you ordered it, I most definitely would have passed it on.

BTW - your Xede shipped yesterday. You should have it today.

I know. I added that to **** you off. I knew you were gonna jump on it.

So take your own advice and take a chill pill.

Also, keep your dirty laundry under wraps. No one needs to know your peoples or your suppliers various **** ups.

Im done.

P.S. Take Valium, Xanax lowers your sex drive and from what I see you need to get out more.

Sam, if you have an issue with BEGi's employees, feel free to take it up with Corky (aka the boss) personally.

Do not bait sponsors to get a negative response. First and final warning.
