Excellent purchasing experience

I just receieved all the parts for my BEGi-S turbo system with stainless steel oil/coolant lines and a few other goodies, and I just wanted to say that all in all it was an excellent buying experience and I couldn't be happier.

Because they fab a bunch of the stuff, you'll want to purchase a couple months before you need everything, but Stephanie and the rest of the crew are good with communication along the way. I called or emailed a couple times for status updates and she always knew exactly where everything was at with the kit, and was super helpful with any questions I had--before and even after the purchase.

When I placed the order, the website charged me money for shipping based on an estimate, and then I had added some other goodies (coolant reroute spacer and EGR blockoffs) and when the time came for shipping I called to settle up the extra money I owed them, and I was informed that the shipping costs were less than estimated and that the difference covered the extra parts nicely--they easily could have just kept the extra shipping money and I never would have known.

After I recieved everything I inventoried it all and everything looked great except one of the bags which contained the "distribution block" for the stainless kit didn't have a block in it.. I called up BEGi to ask if I was missing a part, or if I had misunderstood something, and the lady who answered the phone wasn't quite sure about the technical stuff, so she handed the phone to Mr. Corky Bell himself and he chatted with me for a bit and answered a few questions I had--letting me know that distribution "block" is a bit of a misnomer, and that the bracket that I had was actually all I needed.

He also assured me that if I had any other questions at all I shouldn't hesitate to call and that he appreciated my business.

I have a huge amount of respect for anyone who was able to build a company like that, have it become as big and widely known (among niche circles) as it is, and still take the time to sit on the phone with lowly peons like me and answer my mundane questions and let me know he appreciates me.

Great work, BEGi, I'll be returning to you for my performance needs, and will not hesitate to recommend you whenever I can.

Glad it all worked out for you.

And yeah BEGI has always been a bit slow with shipping things. I dealt with the same slow shipping back in 07 when I first ordered my kit.
