2004 MSM slowly but surely getting there

I have been lurking a while on here, and decided to start a thread, to start I bought the car back in October of 2013 and I'm now the third owner with 80k on the dash completely stock. I started off simple with a AEM CAI, forge bypass valve and a begi TBI, boost gauge, NRG quick release.

Around the Christmas time line in 2013 I did a valve cover seal as well with a timing belt kit. On the way back home Christmas day I blew a radiator hose, so I had to tow it back to my dads house, which thank lord was free since I was four hours away.

After a couple months of having the car I seen another MSM base in gulfport and decided I needed to follow the car to meet the person. And that's when I met FrankB, my top had some holes in it so he offered to sell me his cloth soft top and helped with the install since he has a hardtop, he also introduced me to his guy who built his car since mine needed a little bit of work done to it.

At that point I had done got new motor mounts and all new fluids from front to back. Then about a month later I noticed oil leaking from the cam seals and had to have those replaced, also got an oil pressure gauge installed at that time along with miataroadsters straight shot clutch line. Right around Christmas of last year I feel the need to do more. So at that point I bought a megasquirt from Rev, a FM downpipe, tein street advance coilovers, new intercooler and piping to go with it, miataroadsters tall angled kit (waiting for it to ship) FrankB's old seats and door panels since mine were in bad condition, eBay BOV, enthuza turbo xr exhaust, boss frog double hoop, Aem wideband, flyin miata check valve kit, and an ACT clutch. Just waiting on the coilovers and the exhaust to come in before the tune gets done. Oh and broke the door handle so that was replaced as well. And found out oil was leaking around my knock sensor once the transmission was dropped for the ACT.

I plan on turning up the boost to 12lbs on the stock turbo for the time being as well. All the parts just listed were bought in a manner of a two month span, was my wife happy about how much money I started spending? No, but she is wanting to see end product, so I got that going for me. My goal is to within the next year save to do a full build and go bigger boost. Sorry I dont have more pictures right now, I'm away on training while the mechanic is getting it all done for me. Ill post more as I get more done and if I can get more photos.

Welcome. Nice msm and very nice parts you're accumulating.
Your stock ecu won't allow 12psi so I'm guessing you're throwing in the MS before you up the boost?

You're on your way to a very nice street MSM. Until the mod bug bites and you go all out :D

Yes, once the exhaust gets in the MS will be put in and the tune will be done,
I'm getting a new duty station around May so I'm waiting for moving expenses and etc. before I put a large amount of money into it again.
Once I'm moved and I deploy again to save up the money, I plan on spending a large sum on the car
