It's funny, when I look up new STI 1/4 mile times they seem to be running low 13's stock. But I was at least a half a second faster than the same car at 14.1
Sears Point must really be a slow 1/4 mile, maybe it's a slight uphill or there was a headwind.

There seems to be some more interest in my charge piping so I figured I would add a few pics while it is out.

Oh yeah, thanks for making it so easy to cap the feed and drain lines Lars.

Need to get a black cap for the drain, it is sort of visible from above but the tech didn't notice.

The kit came off in about an hour or two, very easy. I used a thin piece of cardboard to wrap around the flex joint as I pulled it past the block and it slipped right out.

Took a few days to swap out the injectors and megasquirt. As well as bundle up everything that goes through the firewall so it wouldn't give me away.
Passed with flying colors by the way, the tech commented on how well it ran and wanted to know what I paid for it.

Ok, so after I got all the stock junk off it took about an hour and 15 minutes to put the exhaust, manifold and turbo on, including anti-siezing everything and greasing the t3 flange.
One mistake I made was trying not to separate the pre cat and stock downpipe. It won't fit unless you plan on removing the rusty transmission bracket(oil in advance). Wasted over an hour trying to save 10 minutes.

They are for kids playmats. I have seen them at a good number of stores that have baby stuff/home stuff and I bet they have them on amazon as well.

They are play mats for kids but a friend gave me some black diamond plate ones from Napa or O'Reilly too. I think they came from toys r us but I got them from my brother in law because they were dirty and he didn't want to use them for the kids anymore. I think they are available on Amazon too but I don't have a link, sorry.
They do make working under the car or on the ground much more pleasant, I love them. Thanks Bro!

I am very happy with my MS install this time, next time I will drill and tap some small holes for the stock brackets.

Just hooked on the top stud and one nut on the bottom stud

Yay!
It seems just as fast as ever although it is kind of hard to tell in the rain. Even 3rd breaks loose as soon as boost comes on.

Ok, I have been playing with my open loop ebc and 100% seems to be max duty at my current settings 19.5hz.
As you can see I am able to hit 13 psi by 3000 and 15 psi by 3100. No passenger besides my old 15# laptop and this was in 4th gear(5 speed) as flat as it gets around here.

These are my closed loop ebc settings for this log.

So 90% duty cycle spools it slower?

Yes but I didn't try 95%, it is hard to find a consistent flat on ramp where I won't get in trouble. But 90% definitely spools slower than 100%.

Picked up a deezums catch can at HF for 6.99. Also ground the letters off the plunger on my new pcv valve with a sharpening stone. Could not find one that wouldn't leak but grinding the letters off made it seal.

Deezums catch can installed, what a bargain. Thanks again Deezums!
Also I krazy glued the pcv valve back together, hopefully it will hold up. The valve passed the blow test after I modified it, although I probably suck at blowing compared to some folks around here.

Well that was a total fail, seemed fine at first, but after I got stuck idling it started smoking. Filled the thing up on one run, I guess that's what happens when you boost a tired *** 230000 mile motor.
Clearly I did something wrong or I have excessive blow by.
