I briefly considered it. But monk is visiting next week so that should be enough.

I have to fly to Yuma for the day on Friday. I am not a fan.

Aiden, Ultrashield Spec Miata seats in your car or something else?

Already taken care of. Dr. Amazon helped me out on this one.

Though I just got sent a $4600 dollar bill for the last house we lived in. A whole bunch of bullshit charges from predatory property managers that **** over student renters on the daily. This is going to suck up a whole bunch of time, money, and more lawyers probably. As you can see, I have great luck.

Holy ****. I've heard of people getting screwed, but that's a lot. We always take pictures of EVERYTHING with a DSLR when we move into a new house, and then take a wideangle shot of each room to hopefully be able to zoom in and see something we might have overlooked. Had at least 1000 pictures when we moved in our current place. We burn them on DVDs and offer them to the landlord when we move in. Then repeat when we move out.

I'm not going to bullshit and say that we left the house in perfect condition. But it was not this bad. The yard needed work (long story, basically they left us with really shitty landscaping), and the carpets needed cleaning. I expected to not get any security deposit back, I didn't expect this.

My friends car got stolen from his gated apartment complex, and they charged him $100 for not returning his parking pass that hangs from the rear view mirror. (They also charged him for 3 broken windows that were perfectly intact when they moved out)

We got charged 1400 in landscaping fees.......$1400. I don't even know how that is possible.
We also got charged for a screen door that wasn't there when we moved in.
List goes on and on.

Cops typically expect anyone with air fresheners hanging from their mirrors to be pot smokers, FWIW. Don't get hassled by the man for no good reason.

I already get hassled enough. Pretty sure it is gone now. The car had a pretty nasty smell for a while after I had it.
