I mean, you could make them out of delrin with those prints too. Also do note that fuca bush design only works if your fucas arent bent. If they're bend you'll be belt sanding the inner flange to make them fit onto the subframe.

Apparently I do?

I like the brass insert everywhere. Especially if it makes my delrin last longer. Would you still grease them with the brass bushing? or just replace the brass when it wears?

**** idk, I'm on stock bilsteins and have only been driving a sports car for a year. I just don't want to do this twice.

What do we estimate the difference in life between bronze+delrin and delrin on its own.

I greased mine just to keep the water out/prevent the steel from rusting. The oil impregnated bronze is supposed to have all the lube you'd need in an application like this.

Rod knocked engine came home with me. From the cams it doesn't looks like oil starvation. Going to pull apart the bottom end soon. Probably take the head to a shop to have it checked out. If its good I'll box it all up and put it away until next winter.

I starved my engine of oil. Lost #3 rod bearing. Head had no issue.

Got my fingers crossed. The cams look fine. There might be one cap with a line of scoring, but I bet it could be polished out.

Small amount of scorring is nothing to worry about. Just isn't a problem.

Now that you're serious about getting the ebike project moving, and being a recent grad I thought this might help you out.
