look at you talking about your build again.

In unrelated news, your fiance has good thighs. No homo or anything, but, good strong thighs is a sign of a good wife. bless you!

Serius tho. 95 block = 90-99 thrust bearing right?

I would expect so. Can't you just look at it and see?

Also, isn't it 90-00, not 90-99?

Yes. The zeros are confusing.

95 block is still in the car. VVT blocks are still assembled. I need to clean the garage before I take anything important apart.

Id highly suggest using a vvt block, but if you don't, I have 3-4 brand new thrust bearings, you're welcome to have one.

Why VVT block? I can get oil out of the stock location for VVT. And then have an oil port for the turbo.

Thanks. Embedded has been coming and going. I can never tell if I need to do the yt tags or if it will parse.

I've been toying with the idea of a getrag conversion down the road. After selling a torsen its surprisingly cheap. And the getrag diffs are just dirt cheap. Joined a couple local groups to try and snag one for super cheap, but the going rate is like $300 or something in the junkyard. Found one in NC for $150 the other day.

Axles would be the expensive part. Isn't too hard to just go get a driveshaft shortened.

3.73 would be nice.

Wow, the 3.42's are everywhere. I just found 3 within 100 miles for less than $200.

G80 is the order code. I'm reading more. Thought i might have seen that it was a torsen type at one point

The real question is whether the OEM clutch-type is any good.
