Who's your contact at SE Power Systems regarding BW EFR rebuilds? I will be pulling my built VVT out soon and want to send out the turbo while I'm at it so I can get it doubled checked. I keep getting a lot of oil in my through my charge pipe which then goes into my intake manifold and just want to make sure the turbo isn't bad.

Ryan_G's turbo was leaking oil into the compressor housing. The turbine wheel had some damage and even though the seals checked out in static bench testing, I believe that the imbalance due to the damage likely caused a high speed vibration allowing the oil to pass.

You've never had excitement until you shoot a half quart of oil out the front of a turbo, lol. FYI, always make sure you remove any plastic drain plugs before installing your fittings....

It is. They just "trigger" (or whatever you want to call it) backwards from each other. On the manifold end, that is. So if you run a VTCS manifold (ew) and don't change your settings, might actually shut that bad boy in the midrange, which makes for interesting feels.

996 was pretty fun. The 10 year old tires sucked, but the re71s in the afternoon were fun.
