I may trade you my brackets then, because I don't think I'm going to do more from 1" stock.
But no, these are exactly as you drew them, 1" stock skimmed down on both sides to fit.
1" hardware is also not right, it only uses half the threads on the ear. 1.25" too long, can't find 1.125" Going for 1.25" and a mil washer I guess.
Were the brackets made from 3/4" material the 1" bolts would be flawless!

<p>Cut down 1.25"?</p><p>ACE might not have 1.25, and fastenal closes at 5. Should I jet out and get 1.25" before they close?</p><p>ACE has some.</p>

Deezums still has hair, because deezums avoids women and children like plague. I still buzz my head and wear a hat everywhere, I'm not paying $14 a week for a haircut, dont'ya know who I am lol
