I think I got fuel line routing figured out. Put the abs bracket it.

FPR will be mounted on the abs bracket. Line will come from the back of the intake manifold, around by the abs bracket and into the FPR. Then the return will 90 out of the bottom of the FPR and go behind the fuse box where the ethanol sensor will be. 45 into and out of the thanol sensor and back around the abs block to the return line.

I saw the K5 in person a few days ago. Walked out of the shop, caught me mid sentence and we talked about old trucks for 20 minutes. That thing is schweet. Interior is all restored too. TBI fuel injection.

I'm very jealous. My truck will get an OBS 7.3 powerstroke frame under it at some point. Among other projects. Going to make it a car hauler.

Some SADFab delrin updates. SADFab got a bag sealer. Makes for awesome packaging.

Talked to my powdercoater again yesterday. All arms and spindles are going to be red. Tow hook+shift ****+hood vent are going to be bronze to match my wheels. Pretty excited to get it all together and get the nasty rust and stuff off my current spindles and arms.

MAJOR renovations inside the Airstream, and unfortunately is does NOT belong to me. CRB Alumifab is reworking the whole thing with custom bench seating throughout, except for the stove areas. The bench seats are done in stainless TIG welded tube frame with wood floors. I've got trailer envy...

Yep, i kinda want them for my fuel system. The 2 hose clamp locations that is.

I think I've finalzied the fuel system routing. I keep yanking ben around with exactly what I need. But the current plan is.

90* 1/4npt-6an adapter out of fuel rail, pointed up towards the cowl. Then a 90* hose end on that, line goes around the intake manifold next to the coolant reroute line and then 90* hose end into the FPR, 90* out the bottom of the FPR, behind the fuse box, and then 45* into the ehtanol sensor mounted on the inner fender. 45* out of that and around the abs block back to the return line.

Fingers crossed that everything fits.

What are you doing about the fuel rail, stock? Can you tap the FPR hole out to 1/4NPT?

I was going to order an adapter, or make one. Delete teh stock regulator and use the ebay one.

Don't think I'm going to mess with a sensor, ms2 is too primitive.

That is terrifying, why you do that? Get a brake line hose, they're cheap as **** and premade and flared right.

Those AN swivels are the devil and will **** hot oil all over glowing turbine. I tried that and had to can it.

How do you increase pressure past stock, just clamp down on the return? Won't that like blow up the stock one or something?

It was supposed to be temporary, but I cannot for the life of me get a reusable AN fitting to fit over the end of that hose.

I'm going to fix it soon, now that most of the things that are actually leaking have been fixed.

Where's the other end of that thing go? oil sender? Couldn't you get a NPT to 4AN adapter, then just use this? It's what I did to replace the cheap DIY AN stuff I made.
