Usually when it rains on my proposed completion date of any and every project I have excellent luck and finish on time with no problems. I hope that's how this turns out for you, otherwise it'll be a kick in the nuts to have to drive home in the rain.
On your list the bottom three should be the top three.

Tonight, I ran
Sadly, ALL OF IT, in my opinion was not enough. I was expecting much much more. All of it meant "all of the fuel my system could deliver". This resulted in maxing out my injectors around 65/70% DC. Fuel system is stock regulator, returnless with ID1000, Walboro 255HP, FM rail.
Net result was 375ish HP at 17PSI. I did have one 398hp pull at around 20psi but the dyno chart looked all fucked up.
The general consensus of those attending the tune session was that given how I only gained 7hp for each additional PSI, something was choking the flow and that something is most likely my log manifold.
The car did pull strong up to 8000RPM so the gutted manifold does indeed work. In fact, vs. the 15psi pull I did last time, it did something like 20hp more?
My hydramist was all fucked up and Phil couldn't figure out what the **** is up with the junction box. That meant no meth.
At the end of the session I got raped terribly in the wallet. Future plans for power are:
Put on a AFPR and go return based
Put in a bigger *** pump (dual 255HP or maybe bosch 044 or mebbe the new DW pump)
HAve the ******* hydramist fixed
Tune the ******* **** myself because my wallet has hehmoraged enough and tuning is not ******* rocket science, and do like I planned which was to run 30+psi with water injection. Even if that additional 10psi only gains 70hp, well **** that would put me close to 500, at which point, my car should be respectably fast.
Dyno charts will hopefully be coming tomorrow.
Oh and by the way 93octane was run and the motor didn't knock at all.

the 255HP at 60psi should be able to provide enough fuel behind your injectors to support 530BHP.
Your 1000cc injectors at 70% DC should be fueling enough for about the same (530HP or so)...
maybe it's not maintaining 60psi?

The problem here is, while the 1000cc injectors will increase fueling capacity to around 800BHP, the 255HP will start decreasing it's output to only being able to flow enough fuel behind the injectors to support 375BHP.
