$2 bucks at Lowes and 5 minutes with a drill and you coulda made one.

It's either your intake manifold or one of the hundred injectors/bungs/misters you have plumbed in.

No, I already have the cap-- I just needed a 4" - 2.5" coupler.

You don't need a fancy tool for that, just grab a can of brake clean or starting fluid and spray all suspected areas one at a time. When idle increases you have found a leak. Total cost $4. Ooops forgot who I was talking too, you will need a case since more is always better.

OK i found two boost leaks.

the first was the BOV signal line was leaking at the manifold. I use the big ol' PVC fitting on the intake manifold. I will be replacing that with an AN line sometime soon. No, an AN line for your BOV is not overkill. If the line goes, at 40psi it can make compressor wheel unhappy.

the second was this.

Unfortunately, as you can see, the seal is all fuggered up. My other seals don't look so great either so I will have to replace them too. This is the second time I've had to do this recently. Any ideas about why my seals are tearing? I am using the standard mazda fuel rail spacers and mazda fuel injector seals. I do torque the rail down a decent amount, but I am not hemanning em.

Well, looking at my fsm, it looks like max torque spec is 95.8 in/lbs, minimum is 69 in/lb (6-8.9 nm)

I'd be willing to bet your overtorquing the seals thus, rendering them next to useless

For the frame rail bolts?

And yes, i lube up the seals with a little bit of oil.

I'm sure that's what he meant.

I can't tell exactly - is it leaking from the o-rings in the fuel rail? Or from where the injector sits on the spacer thingy in the cylinder head.

If the latter, then I would second over-torquing as the culprit. 98in-lbs is not much. And make sure to tighten it down in increments up and down the rail blah blah blah.
