I wish you well as a performer. I know it is an arduous existence and hope you find peace and comfort despite the craziness. I'm relieved to know you are caring for your health by not using drugs. It's comforting to hear.
The forum was a more interesting place with you involved. Good luck with the sale and everything else. LMK if you tour central Florida because it would be fun to see your show. |

Today, I drive a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I even live it sometimes. I should probably start a project where I install running water in the van.

Yes it is much more challenging than breaking cars. I did a show in Tampa in June and it was fun, will be back :) |

That Odyssey is responsible for the "only Miatas in the parade laps" rule, after GotBlueMilk got a photo of it in the Corkscrew at Miatas@MRLS 2012.
--Ian I named it btw. Since I sometimes sleep / do stuff in it and it now has 5% tint, it's name is "Heidi" short for "Heidi Hole" ;) |

Thanks for the sale Ian. That Odyssey has now literally been around the country once, to Canada a few times, Denver a few times etc. And been a comfortable domicile many nights. Other than a loud PS pump on cold days (may be a seal fix) the car is doing well. Your bumper and body "weathering" modifications have proved excellent as I can park it around the country without worry of fresh scrapes and dings. That includes a few worry free days in NYC.

Read the first 100 pages of this thread while procrastinating the 30 hours of mat-lab code I need to write. It was honestly one of the funniest reads I've had in a long time.
Seeing the way everyone used to do stuff back when all the OGs actually had miatas has been pretty great. Makes me realize how lucky I am to just be able to use what y'all learned and not find it out myself :giggle: My favorite part was how since literally 2010 people have been messing with intakes manifolds and now nearly 10 years later we finally realize it was pretty pointless. |
