ports #1 and #4 aren't firing at the same time.

also, air/gasses doesn't flow in the manner in which you describe.

doesn't mean the begi design isn't better, but you are acting like the FM manifold spins the turbo because of nuclear reactions caused at the collector, which really isn't the case.

I obviously exaggerated and oversimplified to make a point.

In reality the difference is probably small, but for the same price why not lean towards the slightly better one. There's also the m8 vs m10 thing, and we all know regular m8 studs stretch easier than fae's an00s.

If only begi would be as good as FM at shipping items on time. FM shipped me the silicone intercooler piping uber quick and I love it.

Guess what?

I wanna thank Corky Bell for stepping in and expediting my order. I think I would have had to wait at least another week or two if it wasn't for him.

I can't wait to throw everything on finally

I'm confused.

1. the DP looks used. Might just be sucky photo.
2. I thought corky said they did away with the slip joint?! Or did you specifically request it?

Nope, didn't request it. And I can easily have my dad weld it up if I want.
I do like that its not in the same terrible location as the previous ones and the sgdp - right at the neck of the tunnel/frame rail where its impossible to reach.

Its all brand new.

Inded the old location was garbage. Just enough clearance to be able to stick your pinky up there.. yeah good luck getting that bitch tight. :/

If you decide to weld it though you'll have to spin it. stuff it up there with the cat side going towards the passenger tire and then turn it back as u move it up.

Looks nice on the OEM suspension and wheels. propz.

Thanx man. Yep, that's what people call em.
Yeah put it back to OEM because I knew if I kept it modded I'd get tempted to mod it more, make more power, and basically get distracted from the miata. Been there done that with the forester lol, not doing it again until I'm completely ready to get rid of the miata.

Definitely man. Although I keep getting sidetracked: craftsman compressor just took a dump, gotta try to figure out what's wrong with it and repair it. Also there's this EJ255 sitting on my engine stand with boxes of forged goodies and a blouch 20gxt sitting next to it that I gotta put together for a friend of mine.

But the miata is my 1st priority this weekend. Just gotta button everything up. Which reminds me: I need to order turbo coolant lines today.
