Well if I wanted to do a true line lock and hold the front brake pressure then It would take a bunch of line routing.

With a true line lock kit I can just put the solenoid in the engine bay on its way to the ABS pump.

Thats why I would go electric. The ball valve is cheap and would work. But extra brake line running sounds annoying.

I don't know, I looked at it again and it might work like a line lock. I thought it was a solenoid pushing a lockout pin or something.

I think that will do the job. I need to make sure it isn't too small. Trying to find the size of miata brake lines currently.

Its 1/8th NPT, so easy to convert to miata lines.

Its labeled as having a 1/32" orifice. That is tight.

Seems like it would restrict flow, aren't miata lines more like -3an, or 3/16ths?

**** it. I'm not going to cheap out on something that is in my front brake lines. I do have a small amount of reasoning left in me.

I'll get a real line lock kit or skip it for now.

One of the concepts of a line lock is fairly quick actuation. I don't really see how a manual ball valve, or manual valve of any type achieves that. But hey, your car/money.

There is no appreciable flow in brake lines, unless something is seriously knackered.

But I condone the no line lock plan, minus the future line lock part.

Got this t25 (as far as know) turbo and cast mani that was on a 1.8l NA miata for $60. Anyone able to tell what turbo I got? Or what mani this is?

I finally got my marked up print out of the garage for the fuca bush. So I've got prints for the whole shebang of putting bronze bushings inside poly and making aluminum fuca bushes.
