Well I'm part way through reading the red build at the moment but I was drawn to this one as I have a non intercooled Turbo 1.6 NA at present that I have an intercooler for so interested to read about the water injection, air intake and intercooler pipework joining and routing. Thanks for the build thread.

A 90 and a 45. A 90 and a 60 might be better. See https://www.miataturbo.net/showpost....&postcount=185.

Hotside in 2" next.[/QUOTE]

What about this side. These two here? 60° and 45°? Do you happen to remember the clr? Looks like the longer standard size radius. Thanks again.

It's a 45 followed by a 90 going up to the engine. These were all standard bends from siliconintakes.com (Aluminum Pipes).

Do you have the FCM spring rates? On page 3 you discussed, but did not publish.

And going way back in the thread: I, too have gone to the Bosch (or the present new replacement version) BOV for low cost, and great performance.

I "think" it was 550/325. I'll need to do some more searching to tell you for certain.
