miata old sebring supercharger kit problems
 

yeah i know search search well ok so i found a good m45 supercharger kit and it was to good a deal to pass up i got it installed sc runs great but i got some small issues...

my stock 1.6 has 150k got some stuff done to it when i got it has a new gates timing belt and drive belts new radiator new valve cover gasket just basic maintenance stuff.
got an old sebring sc kit and im having some issues

I plan on getting the 1.8 injectors a fpr wideband boost gauge and a 190lph wally for supporting mods other than that i see no need for more at only 6psi
and probably like 140ish whp wich is what im aiming for That would be great!

first off
only management it has is a msd boost control timing retard yada yada
any recomendations besides a 700$ megasquirt
can i just just a rrfpr or a safc tuner i plan on only running stock 6 psi
but i want to tune it slightly for safety and you know just peace of mind!
ps. can i run the sc kit by itself at 6psi besides running lean and detonation obviously im not got go WOT untill i get at least that msd unit working properly

THE ISSUE got everything together and when i installed the msd,
i used the flying miata installation guide to the cas and spliced everything together but after the install the car wont start and gives me cel code #2 so i cut it off and car starts right back up is the box just fried or what here is the link

second freaking idler pulley starts smoking like its on crack
took it off and its fried idk freaking witchery going on here D=

got some steel idlers from TRD Racing but itll be about a week for them to get here can i use a regular pulley from a timing belt or something need it asap

Steel Idler Pulleys

Pulley is probably seized. Pull it apart and replace the bearings. Lube with moly high temp bearing grease.

No idea about the MSD, sorry.

I found the issue on the adjustment block I used a bolt that was to big and was hitting the bearing switched to a smaller one now it turns fine but squeals a bit
Just ordered the pulleys from TDR racing

Found the problem on the msd had the white wire spliced correctly but ur supposed to cut it in half for the msd to send the signal!

Runs good and wants to pull strong but kinda stutters
Also idles like shit now i tried adjusting the idle air got a little better but still crappy looked like the tps was moved ...
any ideas maybe a small boost leak somewhere sigh....problems problems problems
