Maybe it was just me that felt he bragged, but it just seemed like he came in here like "hey guys, I have the fastest miata ever made and look at my Lexus, it was in a magazine...hey check out my wifes Subaru, it's the dopest Subaru ever seen on any miata forum there ever was". That's all. I didn't contribute to him getting all butt hurt, so whatever.

He might be nothing 'special', but: 1) he obviously knew what he was doing; 2) obviously had a sense of humour but wasn't familiar with mt.net hazing; 3) had potential to provide a lot of people with nice photos of nice cars.
All that considered, y'all should have gone easy on him while he got used to the way this site works. |
we went easy on him, someone suggested he run wider wheels and bigger brakes, someone suggested the pink wheels were ugly, then he got butt hurt. thats the worse i can find.

Maybe he is really building a turbo V8 Miata and maybe his shop does great work and has built 43 LSx Miatas, then again, maybe not, but he posted nothing to show that he knew what he was doing. This thread was tame compared to many others. |
