Patiofurniture's Build

Well I bought the car about a month ago it came with a Sebring M45 supercharger with JR header and magnaflow catback, tokicko Illumina's with GC. SCCA Double diagnal Hard roll bar, with some Willans harnesses. But most importantly it had 90k miles and was super clean and minty other than some dameage to the front fender, but it still had a clean title...I'm assuming the SCCA club racing sticker had something to do with this.
I hated the stripes at first....but the paint was in such good shape and so well done I didn't want to waste my money and rather spend it on go fast parts. Attachment 204871 Attachment 204872 Attachment 204873 Attachment 204874 The shift knob the previous owner had wasn't even threaded on or attached in any way...cheap ebay shift knob wasn't too bad. http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1359.jpg Ditched the stock steelies for sportmaxx 002 (no way...a miata with 002's!! I know)with Falken RT-615s Attachment 204875 Master bushing kit, AEM 9in Dry flow when I do my map sensor /filter reloctaion. Attachment 204876 Attachment 204877 AEM EMS plug and play recieved yesterday!! http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1422.jpg Next up I need to do a throttle body relocation back to its factory location and add a blow off valve and W/M injection. nice plans.
but I have to ask, "Patiofurniture"? lol. |
yea I've used that SN for everything, for the longest time...easily indentifiable and unique I guess. I figured I would title the build after my SN...even though the dubbed name for the car is Captain America or America F*** Yeah! its a toss up lol
|
How much you bought it for?
|
was expecting to open and find a nice awning, lounge chairs, maybe a picnic table.
this is better. |
"America Fuck Yeah!" is the PERFECT name for that project. Would be a bit more fitting if it were a monster miata or an LS1 swap. :p

Gave gotten a lot done on the car and tuned.
-Finished TB relocation, custom intake, and Turbo XS BOV install -AEM EMS install and setup with water meth controller to switch maps when level switch is triggered -Installed meth injection kit. Dyno: made 190.7whp and 170tq http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1451.jpg A/F and Boost http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1453.jpg http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1436.jpg Meth kit http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1428.jpg http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/DSCF1439.jpg Ironically my friend at the shop gave me some couplers to work with the setup and they happened to be red and white. I still think he did that on purpose. Attachment 204540 had to drive the car to the shop to plug in the AEM and be ready for the tune with a janky setup. Attachment 204541 |
That seems pretty respectable for an M45, those look like MP62 numbers
|
Thanks, I was pretty happy with them, especially for the total money spent.
