This weekend I'm going to a drag strip.
Drove a little bit more and yeah, I just hit 200kpa @ 3531rpm. With 6258 on dyno it was 200kpa @ 3425rpm

I'm also getting tuning help from Faeflora.
Before you laugh - behold, several paragraphs or well-spelt text.

OK give this a try. I only changed the base timing map. This is obviously much more aggressive than what you had before which was way retarded. This is quite a few degrees off my well tuned GT3071 timing map, and is adjusted with regard to the quick EFR spool. When you load it up, log a third and 4th gear pull and see what your knock sensor says. If it knocks, just take out 2* in a 1500RPM range and 2 load cels around the cell that knocked. If it still knocks, lower the boost until I can drive with you. I sincerely doubt you will hit pump gas 93octane detonation limits, but it could happen. Note that the high RPM cells may seem very aggressive. Don't worry, you can run shitloads of timing at high RPM without knocking. If you see knock right at the very tippy top of your RPM range, it is generally likely to be shift/drivetrain induced knock. That's ok. You will, in general, always see real knock around 4000-6000RPM which is why I set up the timing plateau there; to be conservative during peak torque.
Regarding your knock sensor, calibrate your noise threshold on the map you sent me. It is retarded enough that it should not knock. Take it up to 25psi and get that calibration straight -before- you load this map up. Get your AFRs dialed in ballpark low 11s too before importing this map. Also, with your retarded map, check your AITs in your logs. Given your biggie 600hp intercooler, you should be good and see an increase of only 10-20* or so on a 4th gear pull, even at 25psi. If you see higher AIT increases during your pulls, you may want to… cry because with my 350hp BEGI IC and 35psi and no meth I only see 20* rise in 4th gear pull.
As you noticed, when it comes to tuning any worthwhile amount of power, your knock sensor is God. Log all your pulls for a while and see how they look. Check knock, AFR, AIT, CLT, TPS, boost. The reality is that unless you treat your car like a caveman and drive lean in high boost all the time or something stupid, your forged pistons will survive quite a bit of sorrow before the motor becomes worthless. Yes it is scary to see knock but it is not the end of the world. If you pay attention to the failures that most people with built motors have, it is due to lack of tuning fuel or… not running a knock sensor and something unfortunate happening.
Oh, lastly. Don't go above 25psi without a lot of logging! And if you go to 30psi, keep on logging!

If my car doesn't blow up until October 12 there will be graphs and video and overlays and everything. I'm going to the same dyno at the same place and running same boost level (give or take).
This weekend I'm going to a drag strip.
