Maybe its just the angle, but it looks like the pinch welds a trimmed down. Am I crazy?

ACE set are first protos. The adjustability allowed us to evaluate different damping constants. We used these to determine the fixed settings in the production ACEs. Basically full soft everywhere letting the ACE control box stiffen things as needed.

Pinch welds unaltered.

Its rolling

" 50mm Steering wheel spacer (for OEM wheel) "

Can you elaborate or post photos?
Race seat with stock wheel makes reach way to short on track.

Another reason to get the SuperMiata radiator, I'm so tired of my bleed funnel adapters not fitting the new Koyo.

I know im not super active on the forum but I have been interested the teves system you are using. As I mentioned doing this to some friends who work in oem brake controls and have worked with the teves system, our question was how are you going about tuning the abs?

We will find out when we start the ABS conversion in 2019. For now, we are focused on two other project cars.

I know the teves is a continental unit and have some friends who worked on that exact model, If you need any help I can link you up with them.

Long time no update.

If our goal was to build a streetable track car, we nailed it, again. Unfortunately, our goal was trackable street car. We went too GT3, and not enough GT.

Taxi has spent a few months on the back burner while we finished up Vegas and spent some time with our 2013 FRS project "Blub".

Now, Taxi is back in the shop for some corrective measures.
Out will come the 2.0l engine with the big race cams, as it was simply too unruly on the street and doesn't run as well as we want Taxi "The GT Car" to run. In will go a milder engine.
Out will come the urethane diff mounts and Race engine mounts, for OE rubber and Mazdacomp rubber, respectively.
Out will come the high spring rate Xida Race, for a softer sprung set of something more streetable.

We're also moving forward on camshaft development that stalled out a few years back.

One last thing...
