yeah, its a ding...good eye..its going to be fixed before the car is sold..:)

The car still has a cat, and no Check Engine light, I don't see why it would fail emissions.

I don't have that kinda time unfortunately. Feel free to check the car out and drive it back, I can assure you the car will make it back no problems :)

And you mentioned the soft top rear window was tearing. How is the rest of the top? Can you provide a pic of the soft top up?

Also, how much mileage was on the engine before the turbo was installed? any idea there?

And the one Recaro seat is a bit odd, what about getting a second one? would you do that and install it before selling it?

I'm not a mechanic so I'd have to find someone local to work on any turbo/mechanical issues in the future.
