Bought this car last fall. I have straightened out all its issues and it is now a fun daily driver. I solved the starting issue the previous owner could not find. I have added the following parts:
- New kumho tires in the front
- Manual steering rack
- 4 wheel alignment
- Brand new EFR 6258 turbo
- Walbro 190 fuel pump
- Front sway bar end links
- Rad hoses and coolant flush
- Assembled ms3 available for $500 additional (will not part unless car goes first)

The only reason I am selling is because I need to finish my house renovation project. So I either sell this car or my evo and I can’t bare to sell the evo.

Exterior: good condition - the paint still shines and no rust. Mild discoloration on the hood that developed from the turbo heat prior to the heat shielding being installed.
Interior: good condition - no rips or tears to the dash or seating. The head unit is a basic pioneer cd player.

Mods done by two previous owners, one who was a mechanical engineer that worked for Borg Warner as a product designer. Almost all mods were done within the past 10k miles.

Turbocharger – BorgWarner EFR 6258 with integrated BPV
Custom 3: exhaust - it's mildly aggressive with two resonators, a straight through muffler and a straight through high flow cat. Passed emissions inspection in MD.

FM MAP Sensor, AIT Semnsor, Knock Sensor
FM Boost controller
Exhaust Manifold - JGS Semi-Custom
Injectors – RC 550
WBO2 – Innovate LC-1 Wideband Oxygen Sensor

Clutch – Flyin’ Miata Level 1 Clutch Kit 318 lb-ft
New master and slave clutch cylinders

Flyin Miata Tokico Illumina Suspension (5k old)

Soft top with a new black cloth top with zip down rear plastic window and new rain rail (less then 1 year old).

AFR Gauge – Innovate G2

Performance - the previous owner put down 270whp/250ft-lbs at 12lbs of boost. PO compression test:
Cyl #1 - 160 psi
Cyl #2 - 148 psi
Cyl #3 - 148 psi
Cyl #4 - 154 psi
Average = 152.5 psi
Max-Min = 12 psi

Car also comes with:

Momo Corse steering wheel and Steering Wheel Hub Adapter
Two service manuals - the large factory service manual in the blue binder with all inserts along with a large detailed manual.

Interested in your car it looks like it's a good starting point for further mods. I live in VA just outside the DC area. Had some questions about manual steering can power steering be added back along with the AC unit an still keep all turbo equipment. Did the previous owner provide a dyno sheet on the car. After a week of almost letting the car go. I have decided that Im not ready to sell the car yet. Thanks for those that showed interest. It may be for sale again in a year or so when I move to colorado but right now it doesnt make sense for me. Mods can delete thread.
