I have a 1994 Super Clean Flyin Miata II Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - California.

Mileage: 165000 miles
Engine Size: 1.8L

Asking price is $8000

Very clean nicely modded 1994 MX-5 that will save someone a ton of money. I have owned this car since spring 2010 after which a an acquaintance of mine could no longer finish the project he started due to very unfortunate circumstances. I purchased the car with 158,000 miles on it and three years later it has about 165,00. I drive the car twice a month if that at this point. It sits under a cover in the garage most of its life now, and the time has come.

Started as a 94 C package with power everything a/c, ect, all of which is still on the car and works. Has the torsen as well. It has a Flyin Miata Turbo Kit with the GT2560R, upgraded 750 injectors, and the hard aluminum water line upgrade, as well as a Stage II Happy Meal Clutch Kit. All purchased in spring 2010 and I have all the receipts.

The suspension was upgraded to Tien Super Streets at which time I ordered the 9K front springs to help out with the little added weight from all the extra comfort stuff the car has. Racing Beat solid bars front and back. Corner balanced with me in the car (175lbs) and a full tank. Set up with just a touch of understeer thats easily fixed with the throttle. It has what I think is a very acceptable ride while being very capable in the corners with this set up. Fat cats where going to be the next purchase. I have a set of 15x8 Silver 6UL's that have seen two track days with maybe 20 laps on them total in perfect condition. And a set of 15X7 Rota RB's with Azeni's 615 K's and about 4k miles on them

I have put a ridiculous amount of time and money into this car. It was built to be a weekend fun/getaway car, that was track capable. It has been exactly what I built it to be, but with a wife in her first year of law school it is time to let her go.

The car shows amazingly well and is super clean. Paint is not original, but it looks very presentable and shiny. The interior is awesome. Looks almost perfect. I hope the pictures show just how nice the inside and out really is. Again I put a ton of money and time getting this car to look and drive exceptional. I hope the pictures due her justice.

Everything works including the power windows, power mirrors, A/C (blows very cold), heater, ect. The car drives perfect, and pulls very nicely on a conservative map. This car can be driven across the country right now no problem. Car has been tuned on two different dynos and the last time it was tuned it made about 242hp, and just under 220 foot pounds at 12psi. I feel this is a pretty accurate number. Both times I had it tuned the tuners wanted to make more power but I told them to keep it safe,(changed the exhaust and had a little stutter issue at high RPM that is no longer an issue, thanks flying miata).

Feel free to ask questions, Im in southern California and can show the car almost anytime. Again if you are looking for a very nicely modded miata that is about as clean as they get, you are getting a deal with this car. All pictures taken yesterday.

Mods: Almost all of these were completed right after I purchased the car and before the end of 2010, less the suspension. Thats only about a year or so old and has less than 1000 miles on the coilovers. I have the receipts to almost all the modifications that were done as I built the car. I will ad more stuff as I think of it.

Cons:

I believe in as much disclosure as possible so here goes.

The car has a little twist in it, but it was nothing my alignment guy couldn't take care of when we corner balanced it.
Car leaks a little oil, nothing major just letting you know.
One of the previous owners jacked the car up in the wrong spot on both sides and bent the rails up pretty good.
If you plan on doing some serious track time it would benefit from a Trackspeed radiator.
Um Im trying to think of more but I really cant.

Again I will list more things as I think of them. More pictures of specific things if requested. I am about 15 minutes from LAX airport and would be happy to pick you up if you want to fly in and take a look at it.

Wow. That is a super clean Miata! I am puzzled by the seats. How can it be that the car had that many miles on it but the seats are so cherry?

I was a little dubious at first with the price but after seeing the pics it seems your price is more than fair. Perhaps someone who is actually in the market will agree with me! GLWS!

I had them redone, as well as some other interior stuff. Again a ton of time and money. I think it is worth all of what I am asking and then some. I appreciate it sir.

"The car has a little twist in it, but it was nothing my alignment guy couldn't take care of when we corner balanced it. "

please elaborate?

Well two corners of the car sit a little higher then the two adjacent (diagonally apposed). Some miatas have this problem. They are not the sturdiest cars out there but again it corner balances out so its not what I would call a big deal. Again I was trying to disclose as much I can, as there are many people out there with Miatas have a little twist in them. Anyone else have an opinion on this?
