I have a 1996 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - Florida.

Mileage: 104,000 miles

Asking price is $500

Craigslist, no affiliation. Says "clutch needs replacement", but I bet you could swap the clutch master and slave cylinders and drive it home.

I e-mailed the guy twice (first time within 1 hour). No response. I happen to have my old 1.8 clutch sitting in my garage collecting dust and I'm local. Bummer.

Just to follow up. He e-mailed back several days later (me and a bunch of other people), to say he had received an offer for $500, but if someone wanted to offer more (starting at $800), he'd take the highest offer. He also attached pics and shared that the interior was shot. Pics showed several damaged panels. I decided to pass. Really can't stand people offering a price and then raising it after they get interest.

he jerked you around so jerk him back. E-mail him and say you will pay $1,200. then just never show up or show up a month later and be like i'm not intersested or heres $500 cash.
