That's a good looking clean car!
d |
you can get a turbo NB for that much.
|
And why would you put a type I Torsen in a 97 when they come with a type II IIRC?
|
Because my 97' had an open diff, and my buddy who was about to sell his 94 sold me his Torsen T1 for 350 dollars, (we swapped diffs) :)

Location: I live in the land where emission laws are unenforced... Well that narrows it down. C |
Your breather tube ain't connected buddy... at least put a damn filter on the thing.

6K-7K sounds more realistic. GL with the sale though.
|
Did it come with power windows or did you add those?

But I have 6k cash for this car if thats the case. Cash waiting. I dont expect a response. ;) |
First off, I don't understand why some of you guys are leaving comments to take assumptions on my cars value, when you're not even interested in potentially buying the car. I made it clear, 10,500 dollars or best offer . If you are potentially interested, send me a private message. If you want to find someone to throw flames at or give insulting offers to (I.E. a person who offered 750dollars for my two month old BEGI Series One Kit), get on Ebay and find the closest guy selling a JRSC Miata. ;)
|
My comment was serious. A location might be of use to potential buyers.

Private message me if you're interested... Thanks.

Power windows came with it from the factory.
|
people have always been free to comment on the price that others set on their cars. I think it should stay that way.

FYI, your car had a factory Torsen II then!! Sounds like your "buddy" screwed you! How much do you actually know about Miatas?
And about the package, your wrong. In 1997 there was a touring package and the upgraded popular equipment package. The touring package included Power steering map pockets Leather-wrapped steering wheel power windows power mirrors aluminum alloy wheels with locks The Popular Equipment packaged included Touring Package items, plus Torsen limited-slip (manual transmission only) rear subframe brace rods headrest speakers cruise control power antenna Check it out below... http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...rticleId=96932 With a full redesign in the works, Mazda let the existing Miata glide through 1997 almost unchanged. There was a new "Touring Package" that included power steering, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power windows, power mirrors and aluminum alloy wheels. An STO (Special Touring Option) Edition roadster was offered in a batch of 1,500 and included all the Touring Package equipment plus stainless steel scuff plates, Twilight Blue paint, 15-inch Enkei wheels and a Nardi shift knob. Only 47 brave souls opted for the competition-oriented R package, and this year's M Edition came painted Marina Green. |
Give myself the finger, LMAO!! Is that the best you can do?? Every power window equipped Miata I have torn apart had a Torsen in it. Glad you know how to use google!! Good luck with the sale....
