Default 1999 Mazda Meowta Supercharged - $6,000

Category: Import
Status: Clean Title

I have a 1999 Mazda Meowta for sale, in USA - New Jersey.

Mileage: 111xxx miles
VIN: JM1NB353XX0126901

Asking price is $6,000

Up for sale is my 1999 Mazda Miata with 111,xxx miles on it.

The Good:
The car has a few tasteful modifications on it which include...
cone air filter
aftermarket muffler
pioneer touch screen head unit with upgraded door speakers/subwoofer
Koni yellow adjustable struts with vogtland race springs
racing beat front sway bar
short throw shifter w/ voodoo shift ****.
New NGK spark plug and wire combination.
Jackson Racing M45 Supercharger Kit
Flyin' Miata Voodoo Box
Split Secon FTC to control Timing Retard under boost
Upgraded belt tensioner
Big Boost kit (8-9psi)
Aem Uego wideband o2
Boost Gauge
Step Colder Plugs
Black Hardtop W/ headliner and defrost
A lot of other stuff I bet I am forgetting.

The car sits on 15in aluminum wheels with new tires put on with maybe 2200 miles on them. I also changed the transmission fluid to motorcraft full synthetic.
The car received regular oil changes at 3500 mile intervals, and had a new water pump and timing belt installed on September 6th.

Also have stock polished m-edition wheels with snow tires that will go with it. 90%+ Tread left

This car came with all the factory options which include an LSD differential, Tan leather seats in immaculate condition, power windows, power mirrors, factory aero/trunk spoiler, and Nardi steering wheel.

With the car I will be including the stock air box w/ K&N drop in filter, and the original mazdaspeed stainless muffler that the car came with.

The Bad:
-The soft top has 2 small tears, one on each side from the top being stretched too hard. However it does not leak
-Has a small dent on the driver side, as well as small scuffs/dings, your typical 13yr old car stuff. Paint still looks great and the car cleans up very nicely.
-You need to warm it up for 5 or so minutes in the morning. The idle dips, and it a little jumpy when cold. Nothing Major

I love the car but can't afford 2 cars and really need something a little more practical at this time. The car is very reliable, I drive it 30miles a day or so on the highway, and have made multiple 2+ and 3+ hour trips in it with no problems.

My name is Joe and you can contact my by replying to this ad, as the email will go directly to my phone. Or you can reach me at 973-738-3090. Feel free to contact me at any time, doesn't matter how late however I prefer text messages at least for the initial contact. Thanks

Price is Firm. If you want, I can list it for 6400 and you can talk me down to 6000 so that you feel accomplished. Whatever works haha. If I don't get my price, I will just part it out and profit, but I am lazy so take advantage

I will throw better ones up tomorrow. The first one is mid install, 2nd is arguable the worst motor shot ever. Not sure what I was thinking. As far as the uhhhrm.. custom crossover tube is concerned, I planned on intercooling very soon but it works just fine. A little high temp paint and it would look very respectable.

shows no sign of it after 2500ish miles. The piece from jackson racing is made of a substantially thinner piece of abs plastic. Couldn't justify 100$ for a piece of plastic.

Function over form, right guys???

Does compressing intake air make enough heat to melt PVC? Asking out for curiosity, I have no idea just how much heat is created when going from atmosphere to 9 psi.

Well wikipedia says the melting point of pvc is 100-260 degrees celsius. And 100 celsius is what, 210 or so degrees? So my guess is no probably not
