Default 1990 Ecotec swap

It pains me to even think about it, but alas I believe it has come time to move on from my beloved Ecotec swapped NA. I've owned the car since 2015 and the car has been swapped since Summer of 2016 and has been improved upon over the last 4 years. The car as it sits is an absolute blast. The Ecotec swap gives the car modern driveability with lots of low end torque and a great power band throughout the revs. I've taken the car on 4+ hour road trips, driven it to the track and back, daily it in the summertime, autocross it on the weekends. It really is an all around enjoyable car. If it wasn't for the rattly soft top when taken down, this car is solid and quiet over bumps in the road. No power steering, no power windows, no AC. This is the 2nd Ecotec motor I've put in this car. The first one endured 4 years of abuse until I grenaded it with a moneyshift back in March of this year. I had the car apart and back together again with a replacement motor within 3 weeks and upgraded the flywheel to Ecotec Miatas newest iteration, a chromoly fllywheel that bolts right to the Ecotec crankshaft and accepts a 1.6 miata clutch setup. No more adapter plate running the Ecotec flex plate mated to a miata flywheel / clutch.

Ideally I would like to sell the car as a whole, but would be willing to remove some of the pricier elements to work with interested buyers with a smaller budget. This car has been a chassis to accumulate great parts until I was ready to swap everything over to a shell I want to build from the ground up. I've essentially reached that point and can either part ways with the car, or get ready to invest another several thousand (who am I kidding probably another $10k) painting a rust free shell I own, bringing all the parts over, and topping the build off with a forced induction setup. If I do sell this car I am likely moving onto another platform (perhaps Porsche boxster or S2K) in the near future. I've put together a pretty comprehensive list of all that is in this car and will likely be adding items I've forgotten.

Just updated the listing with some new work I put into the car. I'll happily enjoy it worry free this coming season unless someone shows up with the $$! And if you're local to me I happily take ridealongs!
