Default 1991 Mazda Miata - $5,500

Category: Import
Status: Clean Title

I have a 1991 Mazda Miata for sale, in USA - North Carolina.

Mileage: 147,000 miles
Engine Size: 1.6

Asking price is $4,900

I picked this beast up a few months ago and I've decided that I need the cash instead. I recently bought a house and I'm doing demolition/remodel. Needless to say home depot is bending me over their display toilets.

Go fast mods

*Wiseco Forged pistons and rods 9:1 Compression ratio, motor was built 5 years ago at 135K miles
*TD04-19T turbo with only 12k miles tubular steel manifold wont crack (TD04-15 is the greddy turbo used in WRX's, this has the upgraded wheel)
*stainless steel 3" downpipe
*3" stainless steel catback sounds amazing tons of turbo spool
*Devils Own alcohol and water injection kit, comes on at 7psi but can be adjusted to any boost/rpm level
* NGK wires (brand new as of June 2012)
*NGK BKR73 plugs (brand new as of June 2012)
*Brand new valve cover gasket as of June 2012
*Brand new Garret wastegate from Flyinmiata as of June 2012
*660cc injectors good for alot of HP

Technological items

*Megasquirt complete tuning system you can change every aspect of tuning fuel and spark, also has launch control feature.
*Acer mini laptop included with all tuning software, syncs to megasquirt unit in the car via USB cord.. Car runs great at all boost levels up to 25 psi I drive it at 15 psi usually
*Knock sensor blue LED
*AEM wideband gauge

Lay down the power mods

*Torsen LSD Diff with 4.10 gears handles 450 whp
*6 puck ACT Clutch and Pressure plate good for 450 whp without slipping. 6 puck is hard to get used to, definitely not for beginners as it is very unforgiving.
*15x7 lightweight german ATS wheels (these are light as ffffuuu) with falken azenis tires (Tires pretty bald)

Other cool stuff

*OEM hard top
*Short shifter with Vodoo shift ****
*Front lip, not sure if authentic or not
*Brand new EBC yellow stuff pads on all 4 corners, less than 20 miles on them.
*Hard Dog bolt in roll bar. Hard dog harness bar recently welded in.
*cobra racing seat
*solid motor tranny diff mounts
*all synthetic fluids, currently has royal purple motor oil changed 7K miles ago
*complete intercooler and piping with greddy BOV good for 400 whp

CONS:
*Paint was damaged due to removal of racing stripes down the middle. Paint is not the highlight of this car
*no radio, heat or a/c. (IMO not needed as this car is purpose built)
*The cobra racing seat has seen better days, it is faded. However, it is very supportive and comfortable, I drove from IL to NC feeling great.
*I wont own it anymore

If it doesn't sell and you decide to part it out I would be interested in the roll bar.
