For sale is my 2000-SE version Miata:

The pictures: http://imgur.com/a/uJsgF#0

This is the 2000-SE version, which comes with 6-speed transmission, LSD differential, ABS, cruise control, A/C, power windows/locks, wood steering wheel/shift knob all of which work perfectly. Approx 110k miles, asking $6700.

I purchased her in 2012, and soon realized she needed some work to get things running perfect/factory new. So I set about fixing/refurbishing everything I could (see parts list for more details). For more detail on a portion of the steps taken, you can refer to my build thread: https://www.miataturbo.net/build-thr...s-build-70470/
Cold compression test on 2/12/2015 (can also be seen in the photo album) numbers are:
1-190, 2-170, 3-170, 4-190

The good:
It should be good to go for easily another 70k miles before needing anything but gas and oil. The paint is in good condition minus a rash of clear coat scrapes on the front passenger door/fender area (I used to work with a bunch of careless morons it seems).
It runs perfectly, and passes all OBD checks (as you can see in the pictures).
With the suspension/chassis upgrades it's a lot of fun to drive. The coolant re-route and radiator/fan upgrade ensures you'll never have trouble with overheating. The FM clutch should be bulletproof to ~300 ft/lbs.
New tires/battery and excellent maintenance.

The bad:
The top is in "okay" condition, it has the usual rip above the rear window (about 20" across now). I found some vinyl repair tape that's holding it as-is and seals out rain. It'll probably last another 1.5-2 years before needing to be replaced.
It's been in a few fender benders (1 during my ownership), but has been professionally repaired for them. The body work isn't 100% showroom perfect, but I've never had any problems with the alignment/tire wear in the past 16k I've owned the car and it looks really nice in-person.

I've really enjoyed this car over the past few years, but I just don't have the time to drive it as much as I used to, and I hate seeing it sit. Feel free to PM/email/reply (rrpeterson@gmail.com) with any questions!

Does it have the Sport bracing and brakes? Or did that not come in until my 01 SE?

Have you done a compression or leak-down test lately?

It has the 3.9 rear end, correct?

I assume the multiple fender benders have resulted in a salvage title?

EDIT: You should probably just put a link to your build thread here. The car is modified, but in a very high-quality manner.

Hi Chilicharger, I "think" the sport bracing was 01+ only. At least 01+ are the only years I've seen it referenced. It does have the OEM "ladder" bracing underneath, but I think it's just the standard 99-00 setup (besides the FM frame rails).

I was just thinking it'd be a good idea to do another compression test so the buyer knows the engine's in good condition, I'll try to perform it in the next day or two and add to the OP.

It is the original Torsen 3.909 differential.

No salvage title, it's still free & clear.
Attached is a recent Autocheck. Oddly Carfax only reports like 1/3 of the incidents Autocheck does, but the Autocheck includes some weird records (like multiple animal strikes, two accidents 1-day but 2600 miles apart).
From talking with him, the previous owner I'm guessing didn't know about the 99-00 bad ignition coils issue, so he spent a lot of money on a new exhaust system/catalytic converter to pass emissions testing in 2009. The coils were immediately apparent the first hot summer day, and have been problem free since replacing.

Appreciate the build thread suggestion, I'll add that into the OP as well (I hadn't even thought of it). For posterity: https://www.miataturbo.net/build-thr...s-build-70470/

Please let me know if there's any additional questions!
