99 FM II, 53k miles, 250 rwhp

1999 Miata with FM II turbo kit, 248 rwhp, 53k miles

Yes, it is mine. Testing the waters but I am 99% sure it is going to be gone. Need to get a 4 door and I have some in mind that require me to get rid of my baby.

Help me find this car a new home. I have more pics if necessary.

Keep the miata and get a cheap 4 door car.

posidon42 04-29-2009 08:52 AM

I want to, but I want less project temptations in my life.

Doppelgänger 04-29-2009 10:28 AM

Cmon, nobody wants a finished turbo car? I really don't want to have to go through the headache of putting the car back to stock... Willing to accept reasonable offers.

posidon42 06-11-2009 10:47 PM

All details posted here just in case you can't get to the CL listing.

This has been a great project car and it is time for me to move on to something else. The car has about 53k miles and was tuned in Oct 08 for ~250HP and 230 lb-ft tq at the rear wheels. The car is available for viewing in the evenings and on weekends. On to the details!

Sigh. Only one crazy low offer so far. Am I asking too much or is nobody in the market for a complete car these days?

neogenesis2004 06-21-2009 12:21 AM

probably because you in the middle of nowhere in a state that no one has ever heard of.

Saml01 06-21-2009 12:53 AM

The richest man in the world lives there. It isn't an unknown city at all.

Pitlab77 06-21-2009 01:31 PM

if you part it out let me know. I'm eying the turbo kit.

Its the price of a reasonably used MSM and makes more power.

If I could sell my 99 and the trailer and spares and knew I could do it soon I would snatch it up.

PM me. What is reasonable.

Ps grad school sucks for modding cars lol

Yes, but it is in the middle of the country, so it is a quick drive from everywhere!

posidon42 06-21-2009 02:17 PM

I can't edit the original post anymore, but my asking price is $11,500.

jasonrobo02 06-21-2009 05:14 PM

Posidon, you should have sold it when you were still in SoCal. I bet you would have had more offers!
