1990 Miata Classic Red located in San Francisco Bay Area. The car is an amazing Track Day Car that is registered for the street. It truly saddens me to see her go. Weighs 2200lbs with full interior and a half tank of fuel. It has proven to be an ultra-reliable street registered track toy. Burns no oil, starts every time, drives to the track and back comfortably with ZERO changes.

I didn't know they had smog free counties in CA. I just figured everybody reverted whenever smog was due.

now I know, and knowing is half the battle.

Yep, some counties only require a smog for change of ownership. Mostly rural counties with hardly anyone in them.
