I doubt this recent information about him being run over while being handcuffed. It seems to me like that sort of info would have come out immediately. The first story I heard was that the older brother was already incapacitated in the fire fight, and was taken run over and shot up to the hospital where he died. How did the younger brother get shot if they all dove out of the way? You had several trained officers handcuffing a suspect, and they dove out of the way of a vehicle, leaving the suspect to get hit? did they shoot him and then allow him to hobble into a vehicle to steam roll them with?

To me, it does not really add up.

The details of this encounter are too vague, and coming forth in too many conveniant ways. and the order in which details are appearing would only be advantageous to prosecution and protection of law enforcement. which i seriously doubt they will have a problem with anyways, since clearly these people deserved to catch a bullet or get caught.

Ahhh let the conspiracy theories begin! I actually bought into some of the sandy hook conspiracys for a minute... But meh

Animus21 04-21-2013 12:56 PM

I think this one is pretty much what it looks like. I think these guys 100% did what it looks like they did.

I also think the law enforcement is embellishing the details about how ferocious this skinny little bitch fought them, especially at the end, when he was in the boat. I imagine he was unconscious from blood loss by the time the cops were trying to negotiate with him.

? If you have read any of the reddit streams from the BPD scanners everything was in order and makes sense. It was a live feed, so unless they really went as far as "voice acting" over the radios I doubt it's anything different than what happened.

The actual news is worthless in these types of situation. It's either biased, just plain wrong, or too late to matter. They play the same news over and over. The streams on reddit were nearly real time and were just normal people writing out what they heard over the scanners.

The youtube poster seems to think this is illegal. It's not. It's completely legal. Weather you agree or disagree with it, is your opinion.

Chilicharger665 04-21-2013 10:01 PM

Completely legal under what?

Erat 04-21-2013 10:12 PM

Patriot act.

A fugitive was on the run. If the homeowner simply closed a door or shut his blinds when the police passed by, it could have been probably cause for raiding the home. On the slim chance that this homeowner was harboring the fugitive, the officers would have been heros instead of being criticized on Youtube by 13 year olds.

It's "patriotic", just like the Affordable Care Act is "affordable".

No group of people that knock on my door, point guns in my face, and force me out of my home are heroes. Ever

Are you not familiar with how public perception works?

cordycord 04-21-2013 11:50 PM

Tired of taking my shoes off at airports. Tired of being frisked. Tired of people looking through my children's back packs. Really tired of the MSM (and others) hoping that these terrorists are Lone Wolf white guys or that ultra-radical faction, the Tea Party.

I'm also tired of hearing the extraordinary restraints put on our military overseas...to the point that their lives are endangered in the name of "PC". It saddens me to know that more military now commit suicide than are killed on the battlefield.

We're watching our national history of self reliance and personal responsibility be supplanted by government oversight and rules that no person could ever completely know or follow.

I wasn't aware that the "hot pursuit" rule or "exigent circumstances" had anything to do with the patriot act.

News flash, they dont. I don't see what was illegal about that search.

Do you guys seriously think some good ol' boy cops just threw on some riot gear and started knocking down doors? With no over-sight or co-ordination what soever? Yeah some cop messing up and violating some-one's rights is one thing, but srsly?

What happens if he doesn't get tried as a terrorist?

How does the FBI get to envoke the Patriot Act for searching homes without a warrant and do they have to notify the homeowner that their 4th amendment rights of an unreasonable search guarenteed by the Consititution were negated through an Act that the Supreme Court has yet to really rule on Consitutionality of and has already overturned some convictions used through it?

Because I'll tell you what, I wouldn't have let them in, I would have been arrested, I would have sued the gov't through a free lawyer supplied by the ALCU or alike, and I would take the case to the Supreme Court where then and there can you finally say whether or not the law is "completely legal. Weather you agree or disagree with it."

Congress could make a law that said all Japanese people have to be evicted form their homes and move into enturnment camps. But until the Supreme Court rules against it or confirms it, you cannot say it's completely legal; just that hey hope they can get away with it for a while.

So when is Glenn Beck going to "blow our minds" today with the conspiracy?

Those two might be crazy, but I think it's more crazy not to question your gov't and these wishy-washes stories that keep changing.

I'd like to see the so-called video of these two placing the bombs in place as it's been alluded to being out there. That would end all discussion, but for some reason they aren't.

Also there are a lot of people out there claiming that the police actually ran over #1 and then shot him. So if this turns out to be true, which makes a lot more sense, what else are they making up about the story? Hurrling pressure cookers, calling parents during a firefight, charging at police un-armed then getting run over by your brother?

The whole situation in the boat is very odd. How do they miss the dude hiding in the boat after searching the property, then all of a sudden the home owner is like ughhh, dude, you just put his body there...How did police/FBI know he went to that random town? Did they plant him there? Did they consult with OJ Simpson's detectives?

There's just way too many holes in these stories right now and I find them pretty far-fetched.

Honestly, they see this dude laying in the boat not moving, apparently there was a blood trail and a huge blood stain that the homeowner saw, just minutes after FBI said it was all clear, they all happen to just be in the right place at the right time, they eventually riddle it with bullets (I hear at least 50 shots) and put him in custody, and now they are saying his only wound to the neck was self-inflicted?

http://dailybail.com/storage/boston-...=1366595677037

the hijackings, the robberies, the two confrontations, it just all seems so over the top...then the applauding and cheering at the end made seriously made me sick.

I care only because I think he is completely full of shit and he decided to make a big stink about it. I want to see him fall on his face when he comes out with some insignificant information.
