Joe Perez wants to get raped.

Woman raped by LA deputy will get more than $6 million - Connecticut Post

Los Angeles County will pay more than $6 million to a woman who was raped by an on-duty sheriff's deputy.

City News Service says the Board of Supervisors approved the lawsuit settlement on Tuesday.

Authorities say the woman was raped by Jose Sanchez in 2010 in the Palmdale area after she refused to have sex with him in exchange for avoiding arrest on a traffic warrant.

Sanchez pleaded no contest to the rape and soliciting a bribe of sexual activity from another woman. He was sentenced last year to nine years in prison.

We all have a price. And $6m is sufficiently far upwind of mine that I'll let you stick whatever you want into my butt for half that.

Given the present state of the social-justice movement, "being raped" could mean anything down to and including the fact that he made a frowny face at her. The word has become massively de-valued by overuse.

potential rape victim:

Ex-student sues college for excessive force by police - Story | WFLD

Jaclyn Pazera alleges in the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago that two officers forced her to the ground and manhandled her in a philosophy class at the College of DuPage, located in the Chicago suburb of Glen Ellyn.

"I had two fully grown men on my back pushing me into the ground, and he said in the video, 'If you can talk, you can breathe,'" Pazera said Thursday. "He picked me up and slammed me into the ground harder."

The lawsuit says the December incident began when Pazera, 27, smoked a cigarette on college grounds. The lawsuit claims Pazera was given a verbal warning regarding the college's smoke-free policy before she returned to class.

"I was scared. I was being followed for smoking a cigarette. This cop called for backup and followed me. That's scary," Pazera said.

The video shows two officers surrounding Pazera and tipping over the desk with her in it and arresting her. Obstructing a peace officer and resisting a peace officer charges against Pazera were dismissed last month.

Officer Lisa Mearkle shot the unarmed David Kassick in February of 2015. Mearkle was charged with murder and acquitted by jury on November 5th, 2015. This is the court released video from Mearkle's taser.

Gotta love when your employer is your prosecuter, and they aren't actually trying to get a conviction, only go through the motions so you can go kill again.

I don't even know why police even bother turning off their cameras, because the evidence of their crimes and murder doesn't even matter.

police hate dogs so much, they arrest people trying to save ones being abused.

Texas cops arrest woman who exposed animal neglect on Facebook ? but not the dog?s owners

A Texas woman who tried unsuccessfully to get multiple government agencies to help a dog that appeared to be left on a balcony with its mouth tied shut was arrested for posting pictures of the dog on Facebook.

Amber Cammack first noticed the brown dog on a neighboring balcony in her apartment complex in Harris County about two weeks ago. She tried for a week to get authorities to intervene. When they refused, Cammack turned to Facebook, where users widely distributed the “porch pup’s” photo, the Houston Chronicle reports.

The dog was apparently left there round the clock — even during rain storms — to the point that the neighbor below had urine and excrement on their balcony. Photos show a thin animal with a band around its muzzle. In one picture, the dog appears to be wearing a diaper.

Cammack has dubbed the dog “June.”

Cammack got a nasty surprise when the Harris County Sheriff himself, Ron Hickman, called her and told her she was harassing the dog’s owners and demanded she remove the post or face arrest. Hickman made good on his threats and Cammack was arrested Monday — but the Harris County district attorney refused to file charges.

“When the sheriff himself calls you and threatens you with arrest that is an extreme chill on your right to freedom of expression,” her attorney, Randall Kallinen told the Chronicle.

The D.A. also declined to file animal cruelty charges against the dog’s owner, citing evidence that doesn’t rise to the Texas penal code. The decision has sparked an outcry.

“The dog had a rubber band around its mouth and was on a wood balcony for days without being walked or taken care of!!!” one woman wrote in response. “This dog needs help and if you need a special law for that-there is something very wrong in Harris County! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!”

“This stinks to high heaven,” another user wrote. “Putting a rubber band around a dog’s snout…what is right with that?! At the very least, this poor dog needs to be surrendered to a rescue group. This is so disgusting on so many levels.”

The Chronicle reports the dog is living with someone else. According to District Attorney Devon Anderson, the dog was evaluated by a veterinarian and found to be in good health.

But the case has stirred passions and doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon. During a Thursday press conference, a crime victims’ advocate said the D.A.’s office has done little to prosecute animal cruelty cases, according to Click2Houston.

“Since disbanding the Animal Cruelty Unit of the Harris County D.A.’s Office, this District Attorney has done nothing to protect animals from senseless cruelty. So few criminal cases have been filed since Anderson took office in 2013, it affirms nothing will be done to stop abusers and leaves the impression that animal cruelty is acceptable,” Ogg said during the conference. “Reports of animal abuse must be responded to immediately. Delayed response kills animals. No response insures that even more abuse will occur. Putting a complaint form on your website and then failing to follow up on the complaints is worse than doing nothing.”

when you ask your gov't for help, expect the worst possible outcome.

Is this a completely unrelated observation on your part, or is the timing of this comment intended to suggest that Jose Sanchez pleaded no contest and was sentenced to nine years in prison for making a frowny face at a women who had turned down his request for sex?

Tarantino:
  • I condem the lack of action being taken to deter brutality and killings of unarmed civilians by police.
  • Anyone who acknowledges that problem with LE in coutnry, is considered by LE the problem.
  • Easier to attack celebrity than to deal with fact that citizens lost trust in police.
  • All cops are not murderers.
  • I'm not a cop hater.
  • acknowledges a problem with white supremancy in country.

Kerik:
  • No courage to be a police officer. (ad hominem) - Easier to attack celebrity...
  • cops should "send a message" (Argumentum ad baculum) - Easier to attack celebrity...
  • cops arent murders. (fallacy) - All cops are not murderers...
  • stands with "those people" [criminals] (ad hominem) - Easier to attack celebrity...

  • he's a cop racist (ad hominem) - Easier to attack celebrity...
  • cops put their lives on line (fallacy/strawman)

‘Cannibal Cop’ Can Really Cook

Today in things almost too perfect for the tabloids: Gilberto Valle, the former NYPD officer dubbed the Cannibal Cop and convicted of conspiring to kidnap and eat women, has taken to cooking for everyone in jail. For 44 cents an hour, Valle whips up breakfast and lunch for his fellow inmates, and it’s so good, even the guards want to eat it, his mother tells the New York Daily News. “He has mastered making pizza,” she says, reminding her son, “Don’t stand too close to the oven, and that kind of thing.” The News is understandably gleeful.

Valle was found guilty last year based almost entirely on his postings to fetish websites, chats with fellow cannibalism enthusiasts, and documents he made like, “Abducting and Cooking Kimberly, a Blueprint.” (“Once she is dead, I will take her out and properly butcher her body and cook the meat right away. And that could be out on a rotisserie too,” he wrote, fantasizing about cooking “over a low heat” or in an an oven “big enough to fit one of these girls if I folded their legs.”) But as Robert Kolker reported in New York, “there was no physical evidence from Valle’s home suggesting he was getting ready to kidnap or cook anyone — no oven large enough for a human, no cleaver, no homemade chloroform.”

The Daily News, beneath its chef scoop, also features pleas from Valle’s mom about his innocence of anything beyond thought crimes. But the tabloid just could not help itself from including a sidebar imagining Valle’s menu: head of lettuce, rump roast (with requisite bikini photo), barbecued breast, chick fillet, heartichoke soup, leg of ma’am, etc. For which we find them guilty of first-degree pun abuse.

Louisiana police kill 6-year-old boy in passenger seat of fleeing car
the least shocking update I'll ever post:

2 Officers Facing Murder Charges After Fatally Shooting 6-Yr-Old

Earlier this week we reported on the death of Jeremy Mardis, the six-year-old boy who was tragically killed after being shot by marshals in Marksville, Louisiana. As more details emerge, we've learned that two officers have been arrested for the crime and are currently facing murder charges.

Louisiana State Police Col. Micheal Edmonson reviewed the incident during a press conference and confirmed Derrick Stafford, 32, and Norris Greenhouse, 23, were arrested Friday (Nov. 6) on counts of second degree murder and attempted second degree murder. Edmonson told the press he reviewed the body camera footage and called it "the most disturbing thing" he's ever viewed. Six-year-old Mardis succumbed to gunshot wounds to the face and chest after the two officers - one employed at the Marksville Police Department and the other from the Alexandria City Marshal - fired up to 18 shots at the car him and his father, Chris Few, were in. "That little boy was buckled into the front seat of that vehicle and that is how he died," explained Edmonson. Few is said to be in critical condtion.

Both officers claim they were serving Few a warrant, though Edmonson told The Advocate "no warrant has materialized." As far as the other two officers involved - Lt. Jason Brouillette and Sgt. Kenneth Parnell - facing charges, Edmonson added "we'll see where it takes us."
hitmen with badges. violent criminals that tried to use special accreditations and privileges to access the 2nd amendment in order to get away with murder.

these cops literally preyed on a victim and shot him and his son as he tried to escape death. They then lied on police reports and pretended to be "scared" in order to justify it. Joe Perez thinks this is perfectly acceptable and necessary behavior.

it's absolutely sick and distraught that people blindly accept this. and attack you if you speak out against it.

sad thing is, most a lot of the same people that hate "big government" probably condone murder by the state in the name of "justice".

Watch Austin Police Tackle, Punch, and Handcuff Unarmed Men for Jaywalking

By Daniel Politi

A screen capture of the video shows a police officer who is about to punch one of the alleged jaywalkers on the arm.

Videos of police abuse are almost a dime a dozen these days, so it takes a lot for one to stand out. But a video that started circulating online Friday quickly went viral, because it seems to show a particularly shocking case of police officers using violence to respond to what may be one of the most innocuous offenses: jaywalking.

It all started when a group of five friends, all in their mid-20s, were walking early Friday morning. “We were walking across the street, the sign said do not walk, but (the) lights were already turning yellow and (the) streets were blocked off so we kept walking,” Rolando Ramiro, who recorded and posted the video, told the American-Statesman. The police then asked for IDs, but two of them responded by yelling an expletive. That apparently offended the cops, and lots of officers started approaching.

The video begins with three officers trying to detain one of the men. At one point, one officer appears to put him in a chokehold, and another one can clearly be seen punching his arm. Meanwhile the person is on the ground, demanding to know why he is being detained. “I’m handcuffed already, you can get your knees off me,” the man on the ground says at one point. One of their friends, a woman, starts getting involved and demands to know why he is being taken to jail. “Crossing against the light,” the officer can be heard saying. That woman and another man were also handcuffed and arrested in a violent manner, even though it doesn’t seem like they did anything to resist at any point. One of the three people arrested was charged with resisting arrest.

“As is standard protocol, the Chain of Command will review the Response to Resistance and the incident to determine what led up to the events captured in the video and whether the officer’s actions were in compliance with APD policy,” the Austin Police Department said.

Moral of the story: don't jaywalk in Austin, or the police will kick your ***.
