That video is laughable.
Hrmm the 3 that the FBI did not catch were done by idiots who did no planning. PLANNING IS THE PART THE FBI CATCHES ON TO.
If you wake up one day and decide to shoot up a mall no one can stop you from doing it. But if you plan it all out, gather supplies, prepare everything, there is a good chance the FBI will sniff you out.
As for the 17 "the government created", he definitely used some artistic liberties with it. Many MANY times during operations they try and give these people ways out, try and get them to stop, try and make sure this is what THEY want.

You know his background right? where he quit being a federal judge because he couldn't stand listening to all the instances where the gov't was trying to do **** like this?
sure they try to give these people outs, but at the same time they are falliciating the crime. the christmas "bomber" might not have done anything had the FBI not sniffed him out. am i glad he's locked up, absolutely.
but what did we gain from this? as they said, no one was ever at harm.
and did they catch the actual terrorists whom were to be providing the bombs to the dumbass? no, because they weren't real.
these are a much of sting operations as fast and furious is about stoping the cartel.

Anyways all I'm saying is these are not good people. No people were ever in danger because we were monitoring these people. Honestly it's so shitty being in the catching terrorist business. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you catch them, people get pissed. If you don't, people get pissed. How do you propose we catch terrorist living here in the US? It's not like we are leaving a bomb in the middle of the street and sniping out anyone that tries to pick it up (we tried that, doesn't always work).
These people are reaching out, looking for sources to obtain bombs/weapons/supplies. They are not good people.
There are people everyday training to kill you from all over the world. Including the US. Do you really want make it harder for us to do our work? It's your life.

They deter terrorists. They haven't caught one (or maybe they have dunno), because terrorists realize there is easier ways to do things now. For example, set a bomb off in a mall.
If we removed TSA from the picture, no deterrent, no reason for them not to use airplanes again.

It's cool let more Americans die.
Take down a person that will eventually source the stuff he needs to kill Americans.
Use a semi shady method to ensure everyone is safe and still get the bad guy in the end.

By this you mean that they are supplying the would-be terrorist with stuff? Eventually they are going to get it, rather it be from the FBI. This won't solve it. But it will slow it down. No doubt there are people right now trying to get stuff to use against us, don't you think now they are a bit worried they could now be talking to an FBI agent?
